Frequently asked questions

Good decisions start with clear answers.

What to expect from Legacy, how the diagnostic works, and where contract-administration support fits within your team.

Who is Legacy Contract Management designed to support?

Legacy supports small businesses and government contractors that need stronger post-award structure, visibility, and operating discipline. Engagements are shaped around the contract, the team, and the controls already in place.

Is this legal advice?

No. Legacy provides contract administration and business support services, not legal advice or legal representation. When an issue requires legal interpretation, your team should involve qualified counsel.

What is included in the Contract Control Diagnostic?

The diagnostic focuses on one active contract. It reviews key contract documents and current tools, maps immediate gaps across requirements, deliverables, funding, invoices, and records, and provides a prioritized action plan.

How long does the diagnostic take and what does it cost?

The delivery date is confirmed after intake because contract size and record readiness vary. You receive a fixed-fee quote and agreed delivery date before authorizing the work—no open-ended engagement or surprise billing.

Can Legacy work with a remote or distributed team?

Yes. Legacy is Oklahoma-based and supports clients nationwide through remote collaboration, structured working sessions, and shared control tools.

Does Legacy replace our program manager, accountant, or attorney?

No. Legacy strengthens the contract-administration layer and works alongside the people already responsible for program delivery, finance, leadership, and legal guidance.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring a short description of the contract, the operational challenge you want to solve, and the outcome you need. Sensitive contract documents are not required for an introductory conversation.
